  • Schwindhackl confectionery — apple truffle and flour confectionery technology.
  • Austrian bakeries Zum Baeck, Maria Rudolf, Aloisia (Styria) — master classes on premises.
  • Sommersguter Maierhofer farm — top European award-winning dairy products; master class on famous Austrian buns.
  • Romerhof guesthouse — master class on cake production and the famous Vienna Sachertorte.
