In the period of December 4 -14, 2013 we conducted a specialized Study Tour for Managers of Spa and Wellness Hotels and Resort Hotel Complexes of Kazakhstan as well as for Kazakhstani Travel Agencies operating in Medical Tourism. The tour was held in Hungary and Austria.

Goals and objectives
- Visit leading spa and wellness complexes in Hungary and Austria.
- Study methodologies of medical and wellness tourism.
- Analyse infrastructure of premium-segment resort hotels.
- Establish contacts to develop medical tourism.
- Explore thermal treatment and SPA programs.
