Visits to Oncology Clinics in Hungary, Austria, and Germany

In the period of October 28 - November 08, 2024, we organized and conducted a specialized Study Tour for oncologists from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, including visits to leading medical oncology centers and clinics in Hungary, Austria, and Germany. With participation in a medical conference on oncology organized by the Central and Eastern European Academy of Oncology (CEEAO) and the Hungarian National Oncology Institute.

Tour program

Participation in a medical conference on oncology organized by CEEAO and the Hungarian National Oncology Institute. A roundtable discussion and video conference with representatives of leading Hungarian medical universities focused on the diagnosis and treatment of oncological diseases. Meetings with Prof. Dr. Miklós Kasler, Prof. Dr. Cecilie Müller, Prof. Dr. Árpád Kovács, Prof. Dr. Gabriela Liczkay, and Prof. Dr. Magdolna Dank.
Visit to the Center for Medical Sciences and Healthcare of the Debrecen University of Science and Technology and the General Hospital of Debrecen, Hungary.
Visit to public and private medical institutions in Hungary, Austria, and Germany.
Visit to the Wiener Privat Klinik, Vienna, Austria. Meeting with Mr. Thomas Ebm and leading specialists of the Academic Oncology Center WPK.
Visit to MedAustron Clinic, Wiener Neustadt — leading center for proton and carbon ion therapy. Meeting with Prof. Eugen Hug.
Visit to MEDIAS KLINIKUM, Munich — meeting with Prof. Dr. K.R. Aigner and Dr. Lavinsky.
Visit to the University Hospital of Heidelberg, Germany. Meeting with leading professors and doctors.
Visit to the Charité University Hospital Berlin, Germany.
