In the period from November 16 to November 29, 2013, we conducted a specialized European study tour for leaders and specialists of dental clinics in Kazakhstan, which took place in Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and Switzerland.

The tour program included visits and acquaintance with the work of various leading dental clinics in Europe, practical training on the basis of manufacturing companies and the leading specialized private educational institution, familiarization and study of various dental equipment and technologies. This tour was attended by representatives of clinics from: Petropavlovsk, Karaganda, Almaty, Pavlodar.

As part of this tour, participants were invited to visit a number of European companies, in particular:

• Tour participants visited the dental clinic Eiffel Medical Center http://eiffelmedicalcenter.com/ru. The group met with the clinic's management, after which it was proposed to examine the clinic. The meeting discussed the management of the clinic, technical equipment, issues of using medical instruments and methods of their sterilization and others. Eiffel Medical Center is a premium specialized medical clinic located in the heart of Budapest. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, which allows to carry out dental treatment at a high level, with maximum comfort and safety for the patient. The clinic staff speaks Russian and are trained to serve patients from the CIS countries


• The Group visited SGS International Kft which manufactures implants. This is a Swiss company that manufactures implants using its technology in Hungary (Budapest). The participants met with the management of the enterprise and accepted participation in the presentation of the company, where it was told about the activities of the enterprise and the products manufactured. The group was given the opportunity to view the implant manufacturing facilities.


• The tour participants visited one of the most advanced clinics in Hungary - Kreativ Dental http://kreativdentalclinic.eu. It was founded in 1996 and to this day day provides a wide range of dental services. In addition to its unique range of dental professionals. Kreativ Dental provides a high level of craftsmanship and works with quality materials. Laboratory the clinic is equipped with the latest German and Japanese equipment. Participants toured the clinic and met with the owner of the clinic. During the discussion, the issues of technical equipment of the clinic, training of employees were discussed and doctors of the clinic, issues of management, state supervision and control in Hungary, issues of sanitary standards and sterilization of equipment. The group was greatly interested in the issue of working with clients coming from different countries. Europe and speaking different languages ​​and a systematic approach to working with clients.


• In the city of Heviz (Hungary), the group visited the multidisciplinary medical center Zena, where the representatives of the center kindly introduced the company. Zena Medical Center is a complex company providing services in the field of dentistry, cosmetology and plastic surgery.


• In the same Hungarian resort town of Heviz, the tour participants visited another clinic - the clinic Gelencser Dental. The clinic Gelencser Dental was founded 30 years ago and is headed by Mr. Janos Gelencher and Mr Kalman Gelencher. The clinic is located in the center of Heviz, near one of the world's largest biologically active thermal lake. The clinic provides full dental care. • The participants of the study tour visited the Chirana Dental s.r.o. plant in Slovakia (Piestane), and met with the management of the company P.S. Corporation, s.r.o. and Chirana Dental s.r.o., visited the production the premises of the Chirana Dental s.r.o., factory and took part in a practical seminar on the use of dental units of the “Diplomat” type. In the company's showroom, the tour participants were able to get acquainted with new types of dental units.


• One of the highlights of the study tour was the group's participation in a specialized program prepared by Danube Private University in the Austrian city of Krems. The participants met with the President of the University, Mrs. Marga B. Wagner-Pischel, with the faculty of the University, took part in a short presentation of the University and got acquainted with the classrooms and auditoriums. Participants attended a lecture and a practical seminar on the most important topics in the field of therapy, surgery and implantology, using audio and video materials. The group was very interested in the live video broadcast of the implantation operation by the professor of this University Prof. Dr. Dritan Turhani. Danube Private University is one of the few universities in the world that can provide information on the most modern technologies in dentistry from 3D diagnostics to CAD / CAM technologies with all the technical tools that are currently available. time, can be realized and used. The 320 undergraduate students at Danube University are mainly children of dentists from all over Europe. The University also has 650 dentists already working in private dental clinics, which are trained in graduate school in various specializations in the field of dentistry.


• It was interesting that the tour participants visited the dentistry department of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Medical University of Graz - ZAHN Klinik - LKH Graz, (Klinikum Graz, Auenbrugger Platz 1, 8036 Graz, http://www.klinikum-graz.at . The group met with the head of the clinic and made an inspection of the facility. The ZAHN Klinik - LKH Graz has been the leading clinic in the city of Graz for many years. On the basis of this clinic, many dentists, as well as surgeons working in the field of maxillofacial surgery. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment and is constantly developing.


• The group was very interested in visiting W&H in Austria. The participants of the tour met with the president and owner of the company - Mr. Peter Malata, inspected the plant for the production of various types of handpieces and angle turbines, took part in a specialized workshop and visited the company's museum.


• In Salzburg (Austria), the tour participants visited the office of Sirona GmbH and met with the responsible employees of the company. During the discussion, issues were discussed on the supply of certain types of dental equipment, cost, training on this equipment and questions regarding maintenance in the market. In the presentation hall of the Sirona GmbH office, the participants got acquainted with new types of equipment and dental installations.


• A visit to the Swiss company S.D.M. Swiss Dental Material SA and ASSD SA www.assd.ch. The group met with the management of the company S.D.M. Swiss Dental Material SA and got acquainted with the products of the two companies, looked at the production workshops of the S.D.M. Swiss Dental Material SA.
