In the period from 04 to 14 December 2013, we conducted a specialized educational and informational tour for managers and heads of sanatorium-resort hotels and hotel complexes in Kazakhstan, travel companies working in the field of medical tourism, which took place in Hungary and Austria. This tour was attended by representatives of companies from: Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan region, South Kazakhstan region.

As part of this tour, the participants visited a number of resort hotels of the Hungest Hotels chain of hotels in Hungary, where each hotel has its own unique SPA centers and healing thermal springs. The tour participants visited the spa complexes and hotels of the system Hungest Hotels , among them:

• Hungest Hotels - Beke Resort , unique for its treatment department. The hotel's rheumatologist, on the basis of a medical examination, draws up an individual course of treatment for each patient. Hotel medical complex offers a wide range of treatments: massages, remedial gymnastics, balneotherapy, physiotherapy, mud applications, laser therapy, inhalation, magnetotherapy, electrotherapy.


• Hunguest Hotel Flóra in Eger, surrounded by thermal springs. The hotel is located right next to the city bath, Turkish bath and indoor swimming pool. The city of Eger has been around since ancient times famous for its baths. The city is rightfully considered Hungary's precious Baroque casket, rich in sights.


• Health and Wellness Hotel Hungest Hotels - Pelion in Tapolca. Tapolca is a small town located near the northern coast of Lake Balaton, in a very picturesque area, at the foot of the mountains planted with grapes, and which is famous for its only healing cave in Europe for people with upper respiratory tract diseases. The tour participants examined a unique cave in which patients with various forms of bronchitis, asthma are recommended spend three hours a day and combine treatment with bathing in the hotel's mineral water and other various procedures.
